Dressing up Baby J!

Girls clothes are soooo much fun! I forgot because the last 2 were boys. Don't get me wrong, they always looked cute, but come on and look at this cute little girl! How can my poor boys and there onsies and occasional hat compare. (Although I do have to say my nephew Rocco has some Sweet outfits and bandannas...that boy could work a baby run way!)Even the little shoes! Where do they come up with this stuff?
Brandon calls this her "Russian" outfit! It is a winter outfit and just today (78*) he got her ready and asked if the shirt did up in the front or back!?!?!? (I was on the phone with him) I said "Honey, it is a little hot so just have her were the pants." He said he would have to change her because there was nothing on under the jacket! What? Even if the jacket was done up her little belly would just be hangin' out there! I had to keep saying to myself "It's Dad, not duh"!

I loved this dress on Darby and I love it on Juliet too!
Even though daddy can't dress her very well, he is still her favorite guy (with Max a close second!)

Nature school...

Thanks to our good friends the Allen's, Dash gets to go to nature school! He assumed Spencer's position after they moved. The school would not refund their money because there was only a few months of school left so the Allen's gave it to Dash! He was SOOO excited! (So was mommy!) We carpool with his buddy Jack! Here they are on Dash's first day! Dash LOVES Wednesday's now! He asks every day if it is his school day. They study all things nature, bugs, animals, plants, etc. They have a pet turtle and a pet salamander in their class! They also get to go on a nature walk every day through some of the "jungle" part of the science center!
These are some of the animals in the display cases at the science center!

Thanks again Miss Jennie Jo! We miss and love you!

The Great Max B turns 6!

Max turned 6 on Feb. 1st. We had cake and ice cream with the Boyer's for F.H.E.
Yay For ME!
For his Birthday Party we took him and 2 friends to the Rainforest cafe and Lunar Golfing (glow in the dark)! Tanner Wurtz and Gavin Allen are his 2 best buddies!

When we first go to the lunar golf place Dash was so excited he forgot to stop and pee! Fortunatly the golf place is in the middle of the mall. Mommy ran to the Disney store outlet and got some sweats and new ugly tennies for $8.00. When mommy got back (5 minutes later) all the golfing was done! The lame teenager at the front desk didn't tell the daddy the boys could just not golf the last hole and then they could do it over and over. $30.00 for 5 minutes of golf and pee pee pants, equal going to lunch early! Nobody, but mom, seemed to care and so off we went!

You have to have volcano cake when ever you go to this restaurant! When you order it the entire staff of waiters bring it out yelling "VOLLLCAAAANOOOOO!" It has a sparkler in the top and is VERY exciting when you see it happen to everyone else! (BEWARE parents....this really cool piece of cake is $12.00!)

When the day was over and the DS games were opened, Max settled down with his brother to play! We sure love you Max and are forever blessed to have you in our family! My sweet sweet Boy!

Quote of the day!

Max came up to Juliet and was kissing on her head a little to intensely (as usual) and gritting his teeth he said "I love a little ketchup with my bebe!" I said "What did you say?" "You know mom, a little ketchup with my bebe! Like a chicken nugget that I just want to eat up! You get it don't you? A little ketchup with your bebe?" I said " Yea, I actually do get it!"
Now we all can't stop saying it to her or each other! (Why he had to say bebe instead of baby?!?!)
I love a little Ketchup with my Max B!

2nd grade music show

Darby's Music show was last month! She did so good and worked so hard. They have a great music program at Beckam. I just love the diversity of the school. They just started a "Step" team! If Darby is still at this school and can audition for the step team I would love for her to do it.

Getting bigger!

It goes by soooo fast! This was over a month 1/2 ago! She is so big!

Crazy cat!

This is an image we see often when we go in to check on Darby. Callie really loves that kid! We try to get he sleep with us and she never will. Darby doesn't force her either. She goes to bed and Callie comes in after her. Darby went to a sleep over and Callie just meowed in her room for 1/2 the night! Crazy cat!

Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas!

Christmas was tons of fun this past year! Santa came and everyone got spoiled. Brandon is surprised that Nana gave him converse high tops (what he wanted) and Suzy gave him converse low tops (he specifically said he didn't want low tops). Go ahead and guess what ones he wears every day! (the low tops... I knew he would!)

Darby's brothers and sister gave her a dwarf hamster for Christmas! She was sooooo excited. Her name is Miley and she is a great addition to our family . I was a little worried that she would be a lot of work and would be stinky but she is super low maintenance and doesn't stink at all. The only thing we have to worry about is Dash. He sometimes love her to much so we have to watch him closely!
Aunt Kim sent the kids webkins and it was one of their favorite gifts! Max got a frog he named Hopper and Darby got a platypus (I think) and I don't know what she named it. Dash got a lizard that he named slibber slobber.

Dash was saying "Mom, where are presents for you to open?" I don't know honey... go ask daddy!?!?!?
Dash got a camera. I think it was one of the last Santa had because Max got a Pirates of the Caribbean camera and Dash got a Little Mermaid. If you know Dash you know he was thrilled.
Max played it cool all Christmas morning but he showed a little more excitement when he opened his star war galactic hero sets! (Daddy wanted them too.)
Darby was really really excited when she opened her ipod shuffle from Nana and Papa!
No Dash is not opening one of Darby's gift. This is his. They are puppies in my pockets. He loves them! He calls them polly pockets. They are just tiny puppies and kitties and horses! He was very happy! Maybe next year he will ask for star wars guys too.... I doubt it. He does have a lot of little girl friends that want to play with him....maybe he is on to something with that!
We had a super blessed Christmas this year. Brandon was able to fly out to spend some time with his dad. My mom was here to help with the baby. There were more gift than any one family should have. I love this season!

Christmas Eve is finaly here! (and gone.)

Christmas eve at the Jeffords! My mom makes the kids p.j.'s every year! This year the got a matching Quillow too. (A quilt that folds into a pillow....genius!) We got the kids to pose before going to bed! ahhhh....the love.....I wanted the cozy fire in the back at first but no one was feeling very cozy. The picture above was after I had threatened that Santa would pass our house if they didn't love each other!
Did the Christmas tree barf gifts? No.... Nana was here this Christmas and she and Papa spoiled us all!
Santa was here! (Why are Nana and Papa better than Santa?)
Santa brought all of us goodies. He even remembered Nana was here and Callie the cat! (I think Nana was surprised to have a stocking. Apparently Santa has forgotten to bring hers since she got married 36 years ago! Crazy how he seems to remember my dad??? What is going on with that? :) I bet Santa remembers next year after reading my blog ! :) :) :)

Random....

This is completely random, but I loved this outfit my mom got for her....even though you can't see it very well. She just looked like a little snow bunny!I loved this hat too. My friend Katie Bean gave it to me!

Juliet's first moments.

Here she is! (This should have been up months ago:) She was REALLY blue! As you can see she really did only weigh 6 lbs 12 oz! I didn't believe it ... they had to show me! Everyone thinks there baby is beautiful when they are first born....uhh...whose baby is that? I am sure mine was much prettier! This baby even has a "hairy"!
HOLY HEAD Batman! What happened there?
The kids came to visit the next afternoon around 4 pm. They were all so excited to see their new baby sister. Dash thought it was hilarious that she pooped. He insisted that she had to be a boy though because only boys in our family have blue eyes and girls have brown!
I stepped out and let this hospital mom take a photo so it would be more realistic. I didn't want to make anyone feel bad because I was wearing my jeans all ready. (OUCH! Can I have another one of the ice packs to go with my mesh panties please?!)
Nana loved rocking with the baby....I think she may have loved being away from the insanity that was at home with the other 3!
All three fought over holding her! It still hasn't changed to this day.... they love their sister!

That is one blue baby!

Brandon's Christmas Kite...

Brandon LOVES to get toys for Christmas! Mostly Legos. This year one of his toys was a BIG Dragon Kite. So a few days after Christmas we headed to the park to try it out!The Kids were huge helpers holding the kite up and running it into the wind for him. (Yes Darby is in shorts and flip flops....Texas weather! I think it was ice storming 2 days before this!

Here is the Dragon in flight! I really looked very cool and a lot like a real dragon!
