Stolen quote!
I stole this quote directly off of my friend, Lisa's blog! I wasn't sure if any of my friends or family blog stalked any of my friends blogs and I REALLY wanted to share this after I read it! (If you haven't stalked her beauty blog, you should! It's listed on the side under "The Juicy Tube"!) ANYWAY! This is on her blog and I fell in love with it!

Max's Birthday Party #2
After the Lego Race and Scavenger Hunt we set out to have some goodies! I wasn't sure that the Twinkie Lego Cakes would work out so we also got a cake for Max!
Time for gifts! Thank you thank you thank you for all the fun gifts for Max!
This is his friend Joey from School. He gave Max a mini Mario Remote control cart!
Lila got Max an AIRHOG! He has wanted one of these for a while. He may or may not have a crush on cute little Lila! (because she is smart..... I love that boy!)
Matty gave Max a Target gift card. Matty is showing his sweet Lego car he made!
ANOTHER AIR HOG? Can life be any better! E.J. is trying to put on a happy face but he was sick. Poor kid ended up laying on my bed waiting for his mom. No fun!
Kaden and Gavin gave Max a Ninjago! Anyone who is anyone knows that Ninjagos ROCK!
Cameron Hunt and Max! Max loves to be goofy with Cameron. A gift card to Barnes and Noble from Cameron! A gift that mommy loves as much as Max!
Lizzy and Tommy! They go to church with us AND Lizzy goes to school with Max! They gave Max 2 Goosebump books and a reading light! LOVE IT!
Darby and Dash and Juliet gave Max a new Webkin! So much fun!
Jake, Johnny and Justin gave Max a super cool Helicopter and a new Wii game! (only Justin in the picture!)
Tyler Cowly! We go to church with him and he is one of Max's favorite people. Yes he is in the young men with Brandon BUT he loves kids and they love to play with him so he was a must invite for Max. He wrote Max the sweetest note and gave him a 20 dollar bill! Max was in Heaven! (Miss Tarynn is in the back. We had just finished joking about random people who pop up in your pictures.....)
Cousins! Journey and Baby Jeremy (Uncle Jamie, another must invite, and Aunt Marilynn) gave Max Star Wars Legos! The first thing he cracked open after the party!
These were some of the car creations that the kids built and raced. All and all it was a great party. Max thanked me over and over through out the day. He loved all his gifts and was so grateful his friends came to celebrate with him!

Max's Birthday Party #1
Max had a Lego Party! We had tons and tons of fun! This is the night before when B and I were setting up! When you first came in you had to guess how many Legos were in the container on the cake plate. Then you found your goodie bag with your name and inside was a kit for building a car. The bowls of Legos are to add to your car kit and make a super sweet ride that we raced later in the party!
These are our Lego Twinkies! They were super cute and the kids loved them. I thought they were super SICK! Frosting on top of a Twinkie with frosted Marshmellows. ugh!
Brandon with our completed projects!
More gross, I mean yummy Twinkie Lego cakes.
Candy for the goodie bags! They were jolly ranchers and Starburst because they were shaped like Legos!
The kids loved putting their cars together! They loved that they got to take them home!
After we built our cars we went outside for a Lego Scavenger hunt! Gather as many Legos as you can find and fill your goodie bag. The person that finds the Lego with a special sticker wins a prize! ON your MARK, GET set.....
GO!!!!!
Uncle Jamie and Aunt Marilynn helped Journey and Jeremy put their cars together.
Working really hard on getting our cars in racing condition!
Ready to race!
We had to have a winners circle and do double eliminations!

Darby's car vs. Kaden's car. Kaden's car won the whole competition!

We had tons of fun and the kids loved the Lego theme!

Gavin's Birthday Party!
Last Saturday we had a birthday party in our back yard for one of our friends Gavin! (His mom is my friend and she did the party in our back yard!) My kids loved every second of it! This is before the party started, Juliet in a tube!
Max got in to take the pictures cause my back is still out!
A BOUNCE HOUSE? IN OUR BACK YARD? I thought only the rich kids got bounce houses!!! The company came and set it up before the party and it was there until around 6 pm. Plenty of time to get in all the bouncing you could handle! I found out it was 75$ for the whole day! I thought they were like 3 or 4 hundred dollars a day! That is just cool. A BOUNCE HOUSE Y'ALL! A FLIPPIN BOUNCE HOUSE IN THE BACK YARD!
Tarynn set up a bucket of bubbles! HUGE hit! Juliet went through 2 outfits and spent most her time here. (Did she not see the BOUNCE HOUSE?)

She loves bubbles!
More bubbles!
They also had a bucket with Ice chunks in it and rock salt on the ice. There are cups of colored water and little syringe sucky things that you squirt onto the ice. With the salt on the ice you can see caverns of color all through out the ice! Pretty cool! (Bounce House anyone?)
Brandon was asked to do face painting! He is pretty good at it!
This is some star wars guy. I don't know the name but Kayden seemed to be happy with it!
I have no idea....
Cinderella
Juliet enjoying cake!
Max got a snake on one cheek.....
and a whale on the other! (you can ask your artist dad for anything and you choose a whale? I love this kid!)
Darby asked for a hamster (like Calvin her hamster) .....
and a cat like her cat Callie. She waited the whole party. She was the oldest so she was the last! She got bored waiting and blotted herself with some green paint! (why don't you go jump in the BOUNCE HOUSE?)
What a dang fun party! I am soooo happy that Tarynn had it here! We loved celebrating with them. She mentioned we could do it again in May for her son Kayden and Dash because their b-days are 1 day apart! That means ANOTHER BOUNCE HOUSE!!!!! YES!
She loves bubbles!

Happy Happy Birthday Max B Dear!
Today is Max's 8th birthday! I can't believe that he is 8! He will be baptized on March 11th with all his family and friends there. He has been taking the missionary discussions and he amazes me all the time with his knowledge and testimony! I adore this little boy! Our traditional birthday post, everyone says something they like about Max!
Mommy: " I like that Max is considerate of others! He is always thinking of ways to make others happy or feel better. I like that he is a free thinker! I like that he is creative and he is not afraid to be goofy! I LOVE that he has crushes on girls because "they are smart" or "they like to read"! He is such a great boy! "
Daddy: "I love the way he thinks. I wish I could see the world through his eyes. His imagination and humor are rare. His laughter is contagious. I love the way he's concerned for the "little guy", whether it's his baby sister or another little one that is in need, he genuinely cares. His love has no boundaries." (Why does B always say it best?)
Callie the cat: "Meow, I love that he doesn't love to play with me. Out of all the kids he leaves me alone the most! Meow!"
Juliet: "I like that Max loves loves loves me! He gets me ba ba's when I am not supposed to have them! He LOVES to play with me even when I don't want to play with him!"
Darby: "I like that he cares for other people. I like how he's so cute. I like it when he has handsome hair. I'm excited for him to get baptized. He is awesome."
Dash: "I like that he plays with me. I like that he gave me a sucker and that's it. And I love him very much, thats it."
